First, we went to a classroom and learned about where chocolate comes from, how it is made, and what temperature it has to be when you make candy. Mr. Dee showed us how to "temper" or cool down chocolate.
Then, we got to make a customized candy bar from the milk chocolate Mr. Dee prepared for us. Then we got to taste the three types of chocolate, white, milk, and dark.
After that, we went on a tour and got to see the chocolate factory. Mr. Chris showed us how they make different candies.

We finished the day by shopping in the two candy shops within Sweet Pete's. It was really fun!
